artportunity
October 2019
Many art students can effectively express themselves visually, but have difficulty when they need to express themselves in writing. Artportunity addresses this need through a daylong workshop at the Perez Art Museum Miami. FREE transportation provided by the M-DCPS Division of Visual & Performing Arts Department Division of Academics. This event is facilitated by volunteers and guest speakers to help 11th and 12th grade art students prepare for art school and college. Free lunch included. Many thanks to PAMM, M-DCPS, and DAEA for their funding assistance.
